Nach dem Wechsel aus einer KMU bin ich nun fast 13 Jahren in der T-Systems Schweiz AG.
Meine Auswanderung in die Schweiz war bis dahin wohl der grösste Change in meinem Leben. Vielleicht hat sich "Change" deswegen bei mir zu einer positiven Bedeutung und Emotion entwickelt.
Sich verändern heißt, sich weiterzuentwickeln, lernen mit unbekannten Herausforderungen umzugehen und die Chance zu bekommen Lösungen zu finden, für Probleme, an die man bisher noch nicht gedacht hat.
